Don’t forget to add your preferred pick up times in the notes section during checkout.
We will be in touch with-in 24 hours. – Same day pick-ups are not available.

Issues or problems with your item

If for any reason, your item is not as described on storagehunted.com.au or has ceased to function with proper use sooner then expected* please email our support team and we will make sure you are a happy shopper.

*Items purchased are second hand(unless otherwise stated) & have sat inside a storage locker for months, possibly years. This can cause things out of our control such as: leather deteriorating and breaking easily, water proof items where seals can dry out etc.
